Diamond Inventory

Every stone in 3D, beside its grading report.

The challenge

Every stone has its own grading report, parcels are split and recombined, and buyers want to see the stone itself, not a spreadsheet row.

What we built

An interactive inventory demonstration that pairs each stone's stock record with a rotating 3D model and its grading report images. Users explore individual stones, filter inventory, split parcels and review stock history, with illustrative clarity annotations for product presentations.

The AI layer

  • Planned: extraction that converts grading reports into structured inventory drafts.
  • Every draft is verified before it becomes a stock record.
How it works

The workflow, step by step.

  1. 01Stone recorded
  2. 02Grading report attached
  3. 033D model linked
  4. 04Filtered and presented
  5. 05Parcel split and history kept

Who uses it

Built around real roles.

Dealer

Manages stock and parcels.

Sales team

Presents stones to buyers.

Buyer

Explores stones remotely.

In practice · illustrative example
A buyer asks for oval stones above 1.5 carats. Sales filters the inventory, opens each stone's rotating 3D model beside its grading report, and splits a parcel to reserve the two the buyer likes.
Build your version

Start here, extend further.

  • Shareable buyer-facing stone pages
  • Memo and consignment tracking
  • Certificate checks against laboratory records
  • Matching pairs and layouts for jewelry manufacturing
Questions

What clients ask us.

Can buyers view stones remotely?

Yes. Each stone can be explored as a rotating 3D model alongside its grading report.

Can grading reports be read automatically?

That is planned. AI assisted extraction would draft the stock record from the report for verification.

Can you build a version of this for our business?

Yes. Every system starts with a discovery conversation about your workflow, data and goals, and we adapt the design to fit. Most engagements produce a working, testable system within a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on scope.

Can it integrate with the systems we already use?

Integration with existing tools such as ERPs, accounting packages, databases and document stores is scoped during discovery, so the system fits around how you already work.
