Mine Operations Command Centre

Gold from offtake to settlement, one command centre.

The challenge

In gold mining, one problem, such as a mill stoppage, a delayed assay or a missing export permit, ripples into production, logistics and finance. Yet each department sees only its own system.

What we built

A comprehensive demonstration platform that follows gold from offtake nomination through milling, pouring, assay, vault storage, export permits, secure freight and settlement. It connects operations, maintenance, workforce planning, sustainability and finance, with linked scenarios showing how a single operational issue affects multiple departments.

The AI layer

  • An advisory AI interface supports recommendations across departments.
  • Human approval governs every financial and regulatory action.
  • An ERP integration layer provides a path toward a live backend.

Who uses it

Built around real roles.

Mine management

Sees the whole chain and approves decisions.

Operations & maintenance

Run milling, pouring and equipment.

Finance & compliance

Handle permits, freight and settlement.

In practice · illustrative example
A mill breakdown cuts throughput by a third. The linked scenario shows the delayed pour, the missed export window and the settlement date moving, and the advisory AI proposes a revised plan that management approves.

Questions

What clients ask us.

Can it connect to our ERP?

It includes an ERP integration layer designed as the path toward a live backend.

Does the AI take actions on its own?

No. It advises, and human approval governs every financial and regulatory action.

Can you build a version of this for our business?

Yes. Every system starts with a discovery conversation about your workflow, data and goals, and we adapt the design to fit. Most engagements produce a working, testable system within a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on scope.

Can it integrate with the systems we already use?

Integration with existing tools such as ERPs, accounting packages, databases and document stores is scoped during discovery, so the system fits around how you already work.
